Safety Measures

In order to ensure the safety of our clients and staff we are now offering 100% virtual sessions for clients (both for our current clients and new intakes) utilizing a HIPAA-compliant platform.

During this time of uncertainty and isolation, we are looking to make sure we continue to walk along side of you in the safest way possible. Our mental heath is so important during this stressful time, and we are thankful that we have various resources to navigate these times.

My goal is to offer a holistic approach that will help individuals, children, families and couples develop a purpose filled life. I understand your individual needs are important. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
