DUI Education Classes in Phoenix
State-approved DUI education, every first and third Saturday. Your certificate is included.
You have to complete the requirement. We make sure it is worth the time you spend here.
Screening, education, and treatment are all offered here. If your screening says you need more than the class, you do not have to start over somewhere new.
Classes are capped at 8 people. You will not be sitting in a room with thirty strangers.
$550 total. Self-pay.
If you are here, something happened that you wish had gone differently. We are not going to make you talk about it more than you have to.
What you need is a class the court accepts, a certificate when you are done, and a schedule that does not cost you your job. That is what this is.
Is this program for you?
This program is for anyone who needs to complete a court-ordered DUI education requirement in Arizona. It is also open to people who want to complete DUI education voluntarily, outside of a court order.
If your paperwork says you need 16 hours of DUI education, this program meets that requirement.
Not sure which class the court ordered?
Look at your court paperwork, your plea agreement, or the letter from your attorney. Somewhere on it there will be a number of hours or a program name.
If you cannot find it, or it does not make sense, call us and read it to us over the phone. We do this every day and we can usually tell you what you need in about five minutes.

Everything is included. There is no separate screening fee and no separate intake fee. Some programs advertise a lower class price and bill the screening separately, so compare the total before you decide.
The $550 covers your screening, workbook, 16 hours of instruction, and your certificate. Education and screening are self-pay, because insurance does not cover DUI education.
If your screening shows you also need DUI treatment, that part may be covered by your insurance. We accept Medicare, AHCCCS, and most major plans, and we will check your coverage before treatment begins.
$150 is due at your screening. The remaining $400 is due before your first class. The screening fee is non-refundable.
Classes run as a group when at least three people are enrolled. We confirm your start date five business days before the first class. If we do not have three, we will call you and you can either move to the next group at no additional cost, or start individually for $1,200. We will confirm the cost with you before you pay anything beyond the screening.
Other fees
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: $50. No-show without notice: $50. Makeup session: $50.

Questions people ask
Will the court accept this class?
Yes. We are approved by the Arizona Department of Health Services for court-ordered DUI screening, education, and treatment, license OTC20363. Our program meets the 16-hour classroom requirement under Arizona Administrative Code R9-20-109.
Do I have to talk about what happened?
No. You are not going to be asked to tell your story to a room.
What if I miss a session?
Missed hours have to be made up before your certificate can be issued. Call us as soon as you know you will miss a session. We will reach you within one business day to schedule the makeup and confirm your court deadline can still be met. A $50 makeup session fee applies.
What if the screening says I need more than education?
You can complete that here too. We are approved for court-ordered DUI screening, education, and treatment. If your screening points to treatment, you will not have to find another provider, pay a second intake, or wait for a new opening.
Do you report to my probation officer or the court?
We provide attendance documentation and completion records to the referring court as required. If you stop attending, that is reported as well. We will tell you exactly what gets sent before you start.
How long until I get my certificate?
Within 7 days of your final session.
